By accessing and using queenagersuk.com, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

We sell new and pre-loved designer fashion items. All products are described as accurately as possible. Pre-loved items may show signs of wear which will be noted in the product description.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

4. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for new items in their original condition. Pre-loved items are sold as described and may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Please note: Feather headdresses are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene reasons. If you wish to return any other eligible item, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
